On another job, he painted an entire condo (he has excellent taste in assisting clients with their color selections too!) Alberto textured our bathroom ..very nice.. Alberto is an extraordinary person. Not only is he the most professional and detailed person who has ever done work for me, he also is a generous and kind person. I had a lower level that was covered with knotty pine. Alberto first smoothed all the knots and this was very time-consuming. Then he primed the walls. Next, he gave the walls five coats of paint before he was satisfied. It turned out beautifully. He dismantled and took home all the cabinet doors in my bar area and painted them numerous times and also put on new hardware.  He also painted the walls in the bar area. Then, he painted my fireplace with a moss color, followed by a gold hue - absolutely beautiful.  He dismantled a barbecue pit I had in the lower level and installed an electric fireplace.  Love it! Then he custom-built and installed new wall cabinets and bookshelves on a wall.
Alberto removed all of the doorknobs and painted them to coordinate with the color of the walls/doors.  He also removed ceiling vents and painted them a color complementary to the ceiling. He also installed a backsplash in my kitchen area.  His work was meticulous from start to finish. I would HIGHLY recommend Alberto and Artistic Home Finishes.

Alberto did a fabulous job installing my new cork flooring. He was very prompt, tidy, and a true perfectionist!!!! I was so impressed with Alberto that I recommended him to one of my clients as we were about to tackle a lower-level remodel. Boy am I glad It did!!!! This was a large job that involved priming and painting a huge amount of knotty pine paneling. The transformation is astonishing thanks to Alberto's attention to detail and pure talent.  It is rare that one finds such talent and commitment in the trade world, but Alberto is truly that person !!!!!

Alberto was prompt in picking up the materials, arrived on time, was diligent with my furnishings and belongings. He cleaned each day after his work was finished and even offered to do touch-up paint on my walls, after the completion of the project even though he had no part in the scuffing of the walls. My client has had a similar experience. Alberto always goes above and beyond. i.e. he offers to haul furniture to the garage so it can be resold, takes pictures of items so they can be sold on Craig's List (he is also a professional photographer), and stops at nothing to ensure complete client satisfaction.

We had our hardwood floors refinished and Alberto came in to repair and paint the risers of the stairs and the trim. Alberto did excellent work. We were trying to get the work done before we moved in, and he spent long days working to accomplish that. It was hard work - pulling out many staples and repairing the risers was not easy. When it was completed, the stairs and hallway looked outstanding.

Alberto and his associate David hung two doors in our basement, installed a vinyl floor, and installed trim.  I was extremely pleased with all of the work that Alberto and David did at our home.  We have hired several contractors over the past two years as we have done a lot of remodeling and Alberto and David were in my opinion the best contractors we have hired.  They were meticulous in their work and I felt like they went above and beyond on our job.  We had painted the trim ourselves to save money and after installing the trim Alberto filled in all of the nail holes for us even though that wasn't part of the bid.  I would highly recommend Artistic Home Finishes.

We hired Alberto this past spring to paint about 1/2 of the rooms in our home in San Ramon, CA.  Every room was originally painted the same color, and while we liked the color it was very monotone throughout the house.  We asked Alberto to create more color, contrast, and interest throughout our place.  Alberto worked with us on colors, taking our ideas and making them come to life.  We are not very good with colors and Alberto did not hesitate to let us know if a color we were looking at would not work or fit in the overall scheme.  Alberto also suggested that we do some textured walls.  We ended up doing textured walls in our dining room and downstairs bathroom, and a textured "focal" wall in the family room and in our son's room.  
 
The results were beyond our wildest imagination, we absolutely love the job Alberto did!  Additionally, our son loves his room!  We've had many friends over and everyone comments on the beautiful colors in our home, especially the textured walls which really add a distinctive element to our home.  My only regret is that we did not have Alberto paint the entire house, but we'll try and get him to come back out to California.  
 
We would highly recommend Alberto for any painting project.  He does a very professional job and consults with you to ensure you are satisfied with the job.  He does not just paint, he is really a color consultant and an artist!
